Ask a business question in plain English, Urdu or Roman Urdu and get the answer from your company's own ERP, with the table it was worked out from, a chart when the result suits one, and the query that ran. DociToci only reads the ERP; it never changes it.

Step by step
- Open ERP connection from the menu (company administrators only). Choose the Database and Whose access applies.
- Fill in Server, Port, Service name (or Database), Schema (the reporting views), Read-only user and Password.
- Write what your business terms mean in Business definitions, one per line, and tick Questions switched on.
- Click Save, then Test connection. A message below the buttons says whether DociToci could connect.
- Open Ask ERP from the menu.
- Enter your EBS username and EBS password and click Connect, if the page asks you to Connect your EBS account. You do this once.
- Type your question, or click the microphone and speak it, then click Ask.
- Read the answer: a few sentences, a chart when the result suits one, and the table it came from. Click Download CSV to save the table, or Show the query to see the query that ran.
- Click a question under Your recent questions to ask it again.
Good to know
- DociToci connects with a read-only login and checks every query before it runs, so nothing in the ERP is changed.
- With Each person's own EBS login, answers hold only what your own EBS login may see. Your password is checked by EBS once and never stored.
- Answers are only as right as the Business definitions. If the ERP's tables cannot answer a question, the answer says so.
- The administrator sees every question, who asked it and the query that ran under Questions asked on ERP connection.
