Companies that signed up online pay for DociToci by bank transfer. A company administrator chooses a package on the Billing page, transfers the amount with the payment reference, and tells DociToci; the paid period starts once the transfer is confirmed.

Step by step
- Open Billing from the menu. The top of the page shows your package, whether you are on a Free trial or Paid, and your users and storage.
- Choose Monthly or Yearly, 2 months free under Choose a package and pay (or Pay for the next period once you have paid).
- Click a package. To pay shows the amount.
- Click Get the bank details. The page shows the Amount, the Payment reference (write it in the transfer's description) and DociToci's bank account.
- Transfer the exact amount from your bank, with the payment reference in the transfer's description.
- Enter the Date of the transfer and the Bank's transaction number back on Billing. You can attach a Receipt or screenshot and add a Note.
- Click I have transferred. The payment shows as Being checked under Payments; DociToci confirms transfers within one working day and emails you.
- Check the page once the confirmation email arrives. The payment shows as Received with the Period paid, and the top of the page says Paid until and the date.
Good to know
- During a free trial, a line at the top of every page says how many days are left, with a Choose a package link.
- Paying during the trial or before your paid period ends adds the new period after it, so you lose no days.
- When a paid period ends, DociToci keeps working for a few days while your transfer arrives. After that, or when a trial ends unpaid, only Billing and your own account page (your name at the top right) open; your documents, mail and settings are kept.
- To pick a different package before transferring, click Choose something else.
