The Calendar collects the dates found in your emails and documents, such as deliveries, inspections, payments and expiries, each linked to where it came from. It shows only what you are allowed to open.
The video plays from YouTube when you click it.
Step by step
- Open Calendar from the menu, under Documents.
- Look at Coming up on the right for the dates in the next two weeks.
- Click a day in the month to see everything on it. Click Coming up to go back to the list.
- Use the arrows beside the month name to move between months, and Today to come back to this month.
- Click the file name under a date to open the email or document it came from, in a new tab.
- Click Mark done when a date has been dealt with. It changes to Done; click it again to undo.
- Type an order number in Only one order... and click Show to see only that order's dates. Click × to show all orders again.
- Tick Morning reminder to get an email each morning at 8:00 with the next three days' dates from your own mail.
- Click Add to my calendar under a date to download it for Outlook, Google Calendar or your phone.
Good to know
- New dates appear by themselves. While documents are still being read, the page shows how many have been read so far.
- Email me the next 7 days sends the coming week's dates to your inbox now.
- On Team and above, click an order number under a date to open it in the Order tracker.
- Each date is labelled by kind, such as Delivery, Inspection, Payment or Expiry.
