Emails awaiting reply lists the conversations in the mailboxes you connected that are waiting on a reply, from you or from the other side. From there you reply, mark conversations done and, on Team and above, send reminders after checking each one.

The video plays from YouTube when you click it.

Step by step

  1. Open Emails awaiting reply from the menu, under Follow up.
  2. Look at the two lists. Waiting on you: they wrote last and nobody here has replied for 2 days or more. Waiting on them: you wrote last and they have not replied for 3 days or more.
  3. Click Reply on a conversation waiting on you. The email opens in a new tab with Draft reply open.
  4. Click Done to take a conversation off the list. It comes back if a new message arrives.
  5. To remind people, tick the conversations under Waiting on them, or click Select due to tick those marked Reminder due, then click Prepare reminders.
  6. Check each email in the panel: who it goes to (To, Cc or Leave out), the subject and the text. Change anything you need, and untick any email you do not want to send.
  7. Click Send on one email, or Send all and then Yes, send. If asked, click Allow sending and sign in to your mailbox once.
  8. To answer several conversations at once, tick them under Waiting on you and click Draft replies. DociToci writes each reply for you to check and send in the same way.
  9. Open Reminder settings to see when a reminder becomes due and what it says. By default a reminder is due after 3 days without a reply, again every 4 days, and stops after 2; only people who manage sending can change these and the Reminder templates.
