DociToci writes a reply to an email from your notes, in any language, or from the email thread and your documents. You copy it or save it to your Drafts folder, and nothing is sent unless a person sends it.

The video plays from YouTube when you click it.

Step by step

  1. Open the email you want to answer: click it under Sources in an Ask AI answer, or in Documents click ⋯ at the end of its row and choose View.
  2. Read the conversation. The whole thread is shown oldest first with the message you opened outlined; if there are later replies, click Show latest.
  3. Click Draft reply at the top of the email.
  4. Write what you want to say in the box, in your own words and in any language, for example "price confirmed, samples by Friday". Leave it empty to have DociToci draft the reply from the email and your documents.
  5. Click Write draft. The reply appears below as it is written; click Stop to end it early.
  6. Read the draft, change anything you need, and fill in anything shown in [brackets]. Drew on these documents lists the files it used.
  7. Click Write again if you want a different version.
  8. Click Copy to paste the reply into your own email program, or click Save to my Drafts to put it in the Drafts folder of the mailbox the email came from.
  9. The first time you save to Outlook or Gmail, click Allow saving drafts and sign in once, then click Save to my Drafts again. Open your Drafts with Open in Outlook or Open in Gmail, check the reply and send it from there.
