DociToci scores each person's KPIs from their own mail and calendar dates, and from figures and ratings their managers enter, against the targets set for their position. Every score opens the emails, dates or entries behind it.

Step by step
- Open KPIs from the menu. You see your own scores; a department head sees their department, and HR and management see everyone in the company.
- Choose a period: This week, Last week, This month or Last month, or pick a month from A past month. A month that has ended shows the scores as recorded when it ended.
- Click a person in the list to open their page. The figures above the list show the Average score and how many people are Behind target; Everyone takes you back to the list.
- Read the person's page. It shows their score out of 100 with its band, a bar for each of the last six months, and a card for each KPI with the figure, the target and the weight.
- Click Show the … emails on a KPI card (Show the … items for dates, Show the … entries for figures). A panel lists what lies behind the score; the Open icon opens an email, and Done marks a date as done.
- Click Enter to type in figures or ratings (shown only if your role allows it). Choose the KPI and the Month or Week of (any day), fill in each person's Figure, or pick a Rating and write a Comment, and click Save on that row.
- Click Choose a file under Import from Excel to bring in many figures at once. Check the rows listed, then click Save … rows; only rows with no problem are saved.
- Click Set up, then Add a KPI (or Add 4 suggested KPIs to start), if you manage KPIs. Fill in What it measures, Name, Applies to, the target and Weight (1 to 100), and click Save.
- Tick Count working hours only under Reply times in working hours, choose the working days and hours, and click Save. Reply times then count only working time.
Good to know
- Bands: On target is 90 or more, Close is 60 to 89, and Behind is under 60.
- Reply KPIs need the person's Sent folder connected as well as the Inbox. Without it they show Not measured, not a low score.
- You can enter figures and ratings for the people you can see, but not for yourself. A rating cannot be saved without a comment.
- At the group office, the group's CEO sees every company's people on one page. Click Open in and the company's name to see what lies behind a score.
